The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional passenger experience, and efficient coordination between airline staff, airport authorities, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office and passenger service operations at the airport terminal
- Ensure a high standard of customer service for all passengers and visitors
- Manage check‑in counters, information desks, lounges, and arrival/departure coordination
- Handle VIP, special assistance, and priority passenger services
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in front office or customer service management
- Airport, airline, hotel, or large‑scale hospitality background preferred
